Terms of Service
Effective: 27 July 2026
By using GrowthForceOS you agree to these terms. The service is provided to businesses to manage leads and outreach. Your contracting party is GrowthFather Private Limited (India) if your business is in India, and GrowthFather LLC otherwise.
Acceptable use
You must have a lawful basis (consent or contract) to contact the leads you load, comply with applicable telecom/marketing regulations (e.g. TRAI/DLT, DND, WhatsApp opt-in), and not use the service for spam or unlawful content.
Your data & ours
You retain ownership of your workspace data. We process it per our Privacy Policy. You are the controller for lead data; we are a processor acting on your instructions.
Availability & liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior 12 months.

Third-party platforms
When you connect integrations (Meta Lead Ads, Google Ads, IndiaMART, Zapier, Pabbly Connect and similar), you authorise us to receive lead data from those platforms on your behalf and you remain responsible for complying with each platform’s own terms.
Governing law
For contracts with GrowthFather Private Limited, these terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts of Kerala have jurisdiction. For contracts with GrowthFather LLC, the governing law and venue are those of its state of organisation.
