Rep: get set up on the Android app

What you'll get

From invite email to the Today tab in six steps.

Before you start

The invite email from your owner or manager.
An Android phone. There's no iPhone app yet. The app is on Google Play in India and the UAE.
The email address the invite went to.

Step 1: Join the team
Open the invite email and tap the link. On 'Join the team', fill in 'Your name' and 'Choose a password', then tap 'Join the team'.
Step 2: Install the app
Install GrowthForceOS — Sales CRM from Google Play. On a computer, scan the code with your phone instead.

Step 3: Sign in with the same email
Open the app and sign in with the invited email and the password you just chose. If two-step sign-in is on for your account, type the code and tap 'Verify & sign in'.

Step 4: Allow notifications
Tap allow when Android asks. Then open the 'You' tab: 'Notifications' should read 'Registered for lead alerts on this phone'. That's how new leads reach you.
Step 5: Start on Today
The 'Today' tab is your list. A fresh lead shows 'NEW · reply in m:ss', counting down from five minutes. Tap 'Call now' on the top card to start.

Step 6: Keep working without signal
Calls you log, notes and outcomes are saved on the phone when there's no network. You'll see 'Saved on this phone — it'll sync when you have signal.' Everything syncs once you're back online.
