Pricing FAQ
What counts as a lead?
A lead counts once, when it first arrives in a calendar month. A repeat submission from the same phone number updates the existing lead and doesn't count again. Leads set aside as junk still count, because they arrived.
Which payment methods?
UPI, NEFT/IMPS or bank transfer.
Can I export my data if I leave?
Yes, any time.
We use spreadsheets or another CRM. How do we switch?
Export a CSV and use Import CSV. See the guide.
